Résumé / Abstract : The focus is placed on contributions of fundamental importance in the broad domain of solid mechanics, mechanics of materials and structures. The journal aims to achieve a balance between theoretical, numerical, applied and experimental research. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to : mechanics of materials, structural mechanics, experimental mechanics, numerical methods in mechanics, non-linear mechanics, damage and fracture mechanics, constitutive modelling, dynamics (impact, wave propagation and vibration), mechanics of interfaces, fluid-solid interaction, multi-body systems, bio-mechanics. While anchored in mechanics, the journal strives to bridge to a broad range of scientific disciplines beyond Engineering, amongst which Applied Mathematics and Numerical Methods, Materials Science, Applied Physics and Geophysics (eng)
