Résumé / Abstract : This blog is involved in structuring transnational law, a new scientific field that is whether we call it “transnational law” or “global” law. By focusing on the actors / subjects (i.e. the Global Legal Studies' new topic of research) and not on the national state anymore (i.e. the traditional topic of legal sciences), the scientific program tries to propose a new approach to the globalization of law and business, the so-called normative spaces (eng)
