Résumé / Abstract : Nous tentons de montrer de façon inédite comment un phénomène social se transformant en un phénomène culturel influe sur la littérature et crée une nouvellle forme d'imaginaire. L'objectif n'est pas une approche historique mais anthropologique de la littérature à travers le thème de l'émigration. La littérature croate est un exemple, l'étude pouvant s'appliquer aux autres littératures issues de cultures connaissant ce phénomène depuis des siècles (élargissement effectué en en partie dans la thèse). Les auteurs peuvent e��tre mineurs ou majeurs, de différentes époques, être ou avoir été en exil, n'avoir jamais émigré, leur intérêt réside dans leurs oeuvres qui apparatiennent au nouveau genre littéraire. Sur le plan méthodologique, nous posons la distinction entre les couples : émigration/phénomène culturel et imaginaire/nouvelle forme et définissons ces notions. Puis nous analysons exhaustivement les oeuvres en établissant les constantes structurelles et thématiques. Forme et contenu sont indissociables dans le nouveau genre littéraire. Ce nouvel imaginaire ne peut s'exprimer que dans le roman et nous analysons comment se fait ce roman d'un nouveau genre : le roman de l'étrangéisation
Résumé / Abstract : In this original study I propose to show how a social phenomenon being transformed into a cultural phenomenon influences literature and creates a new form of imaginary. The aim is not the historical, but the anthropolgical approach of literature through the theme of emigration. Croatian literature is an exemple, but the study can be applied to literature issued from any culture knowing the phenomenon of long emigration for centuries (the enlargement of this theme was partially realised in this theses). Authors can be major or minor, belong to different times, have or not have been exiled, have never emigrated, their signifiance lies in their works which belong to the new literary genre. From the methodical point of view, the distinction is made betsween the pairings emigration/cultural phenomenon and imaginary/new form : these notions are defined. Further on, I analyse exhaustively the works thus establishing structural and thematic constants. Form and content are indissociables in the new literary genre. This new imaginary can be only expressed in novels and my study analyses the way a novel of new kind is being created : a novel of strangerisation
