Résumé / Abstract : Ce travail a pour ambition de reprendre les conditions d'une clinique psychanalytique des addictions, à commencer par situer la possibilité d'un abord psychanalytique de la catégorie des addictions ou des catégories de l'addiction. Qualifiée comme comportement, dans l'actualité des discours, l'addiction ne gagnerait-elle pas à être interrogée sous l'angle de l'acte radical d'un sujet qui s'y éprouve ? L'enjeu est psychopathologique. Les comportements addictifs posent au clinicien la délicate question de la responsabilité d'un acte, comme il en va de celle de la parole, dans la relation d'addiction. La molécule semble prendre à sa charge l'effet comme la cause de tout comportement. Mais le discours qui émerge au fil des entretiens permet de saisir la complexité de cette relation où le sujet s'engage à l'aune de sa problématique. De là, l'hypothèse que l'opération psychique en jeu soit structurée par le recours à cet objet particulier ; une structure de l'opération qui ne soit pas celle du sujet. Il serait bien question d'une structure produite par cette opération où pointe néanmoins un sujet pour peu qu'un discours en émerge et se transforme au fil des séances. Cela introduit la possibilité d'une transformation de la mise en scène fantasmatique dans la thérapeutique qui ne soit pas sans rapport avec un projet de transformation contenu - en puissance - dans l'opération alors caractérisée par l'échec du projet qu'elle contient.
Résumé / Abstract : This work has for ambition to take back the conditions of a psychoanalytic practice of addictions, starting by placing the possibility of a psychoanalytical access of the category of addictions or categories of the addiction. Considered as behavior, in the current events of the speeches, the addiction would probably win to be questioned under the angle of the radical act of a subject which experiences there? The stake is psychopathologique. The addicting behavior puts the clinician in front of the delicate question of the responsibility of an act, as the responsibility of the speaking, in the addicted relation. The molecule seems to take under his/her responsibility the effect as the cause of any behavior. But the speech which emerges in the course of the conversations allows to seize the complexity of this relation where the subject commits to the ell of his problem. From there, the hypothesis that the psychic operation in play is structured by the appeal to this particular object ; a structure of the operation which is not the one of the subject. This issue is the one of a structure produced by this operation where clocks out a subject if a speech emerges from, and is transformed in the course of the sessions. It introduces the possibility of a transformation of the fantastical direction into the therapeutics, linked with a project of transformation contained - in power - in the operation, then characterized by the failure.
