The lawsuit of administrative case shall give a judgment made by the independent judges. The administrative courts discharge the jurisdictional duty in the disputes of administrative nature which concerns their competence. The specificity of administrative courts of Thailand lies in the fact that the applicant has to choose, according to the purpose of function that he files a lawsuit, a quite precise type of dispute which has the special procedures in Thailand.
