Résumé / Abstract : Cette étude est scindée en deux temps forts dont le premier traite des récits de prisonniers à partir des écrits et des témoignages et cherche à comprendre le phénomène à travers les concepts de la philosophie de Giorgio Agamben. A cela s'ajoutent d'autres notions qui ne sont autres que machine littéraire - machine de guerre - flux du désir et le duo mémoire/oubli - ces notions ci - dessus citées ont eu leur raison d'être dans cette étude grâce à la philosophie de Deleuze et de Guattari dont les pensées servent de base à la thèse. En outre, cette discussion aborde le thème relatif à l'acte d'écrire en tôle, l'impossibilité de le faire, l'impossibilité de ne pas écrire, la terreur et l'anxiété dans l'écriture.Le deuxième volet aborde la prison elle-même, la machine carcérale et ses affres.Il faut toutefois mentionner qu'entre ces deux volets, nous avons jugé opportun de citer les récits de prisonniers brésiliens des deux dernières décennies. Enfin, trois marges couronnent notre étude. Première marge de la conclusion - Flux (1) Deuxième marge de la conclusion - Flux (2) Troisième marge de la conclusion - flux qui débouche sur une autre marge. Vous verrez aussi des cartes, des passages, des désirs - déserts et des constellations en passant par la cartographie et l'astronomie.
Résumé / Abstract : It is constructed in two main blocks: the first one on the prisoner narratives while write-testimonies searching the understanding of this concept on the basis of the philosophy of Giorgio Agamben. Other notions are added to this debate of the writing-testimonies such as ; machine literary-war machine, desiring-flows and the fold memory/forgetening. For the insertion of such notion, it is concentrated on the theoretical philosophy of Deleuze and Guattari, philosophical thought that weaves, tram and support the thesis. Another subject is also incorporated to the discussion, the writing act in the confinement or the impossibility not-to write and the anguish, subject that cornes close to the trails of the psychoanalysis. The second block withholds it in the jail apparatus-device, in order to deal with the existing desiring gears of this complex. It looks for apprehending the territories and the meetings and, more particularly, the passages desiring-desired provoked and carried through by agencies, desiring devices and becomings of the imprisoned bodies. The crossing proposed for the understanding of the passages goes trough the comprehension of the Panoptic, architectural solution of control, monitoring, discipline and torture to the desire/work of the clandestine construction of the desiring passages. This crossing described is shown by a cartography of passages. Besides that, it is important to mention that, in the composition of the blocks of the thesis occurred the insertion of other prisoner narratives, those written in the two last decades here in Brazil. Finally, there is the conclusion, which presents itself in deterritorializing flow. It is composed of three eminently rizomatic edges: the edge of conclusion-flow one, the edge of conclusion-flow two and to the edge, this one points to a third (and not last) edge. Maps, passages, desire-deserts and constellations are observed and transits in the domains of the cartography and astronomy.
