Résumé / Abstract : Cette thèse se propose d'étudier l'approche post-marshallienne au sein de la théorie de la firme. Cette analyse procède en deux parties. La première reconstruit, sur le plan méthodologique et sur le plan analytique, les étapes qui ont conduit à l'émergence de l'approche post-marshallienne ; ce qui permet de caractériser et de différencier la démarche théorique post-marshallienne par rapport à l'ensemble des analyses théoriques de la firme. La deuxième partie aborde les débats contemporains sur la nature de la firme afin de mettre en valeur les perspectives d'une analyse post-marshallienne

Résumé / Abstract : The aim of this thesis is to conduct an inquiry on the post-marshallian approach within the theory of the firm. The study unfolds in two parts. The first part reorganises the analytical and methodological steps which led to the emerging of post-marshallian economics and compares the post-marshallian view to the main theories of the firm. The second part examines the present debate on the nature of the firm and assesses the potential contributions of post-marshallian analysis.
