Résumé / Abstract : Apres avoir construit un corpus d'articles de presse traitant de romans et parus dans la presse algérienne de langue française, entre 1965 et 1985, particulièrement dans deux journaux el-moudjahid (quotidien) et algérie-actualité (hebdomadaire), nous avons étudie les chroniques réunies en appliquant la méthodologie spécifique de la sémiolinguistique, science ayant sa place dans l'éventail actuel des orientations nouvelles de la recherche en linguistique. Notre démarche suit 2 étapes: - 1ere phase : analyse des différentes chroniques regroupées dans le corpus selon les thèmes les concernant (littérature maghrébine, littérature occidentale, littérature orientale, littérature africaine et littérature latino-américaine). - 2eme phase : relève des caractéristiques (constantes et variables) de ce genre d'information. Notre thèse tente de répondre aux questions suivantes: 1- comment le journaliste-critique lit-il un roman ? 2- que se passe-t-il quand il est en face d'un roman maghrébin ? Un roman occidental ? Un roman africain ? Un roman oriental ? Un roman latino-américain ? 3- les rapports entre le critique, l'oeuvre littéraire et la cible demeurent- ils les mêmes ?
Résumé / Abstract : For our study we have built up a corpus of articles from the Algerian press -written in french- between the years 1965 and 1985. The articles appeared in two papers: the daily el-moudjahid and in the weekly algerie-actualite. We have then studied the amalgamated chronicles by applying the specific methodology of the semiolinguistics science, which science holds a place among the new trends of research in the realm of linguistics. Our approach is two fold. It comprises : 1st. The analysis of the different chronicles united in one corpus and of the same theme of interest (maghrebi literature, western literature, oriental literature, african literature, and latino-american literature). 2nd. The recording of the characteristics (constant and changing) of such a type of information. Our thesis tries in a tentative fashion to answer the following questions: 1- how does a journalist-critic read a novel? 2- what does really happen when the journalist deals with a maghrebi, western, african, oriental, or a latino-american novel? 3- do the relations between the critic, the literary work, and the target remain the same and unchanged?
